My favorite books: The September Edition

Since September was my last month of holidays I wanted to read as many books as possible, knowing I won't have much time to do that during the school year.
September Wrap Up (books I read):
"Swear on this life" Renee Carlino ★★★★★/5

My favourites
For this moth I just have to pick two favorites.
The first would have to be "Swear on this life" by Renee Carlino, which I now consider one of my all time favorite books. This was such an amazing and gripping feel-good read. You are bound to have a smile on your face after having read it. However, that does not mean it was all lovey-dovey. I honestly cried as well as smiled through the book. I had slight issues with the writing at some parts of the book, but overall it was a great story. This book also had amazing characters, I loved the fact that we got to learn in detail about their childhood, it really gave the reader deeper understanding into the book and main characters' actions.
My second favorite book I read this month would have to be "The hating game". I actually was debating giving this book 4,5 stars or even 5. Don't get me wrong, it's not the most amazing piece of literature, but it was just so entertaining. I couldn't help but to smile while reading it and stayed up until 4 a.m. to finish it and still had a great mood the next day, which says a lot.
